This page is used to attempt to catalog colors required for use in our neighborhood.

Fascia, soffit, and related stain is Cabot Austrailian Timber Oil, "Mahogany Flame".

The following is a timeline and synopsis of events regarding the repair of the Montclair Subdivision irrigation main:

October 5, 2017
At 5:09 PM Ray Musser sent out an e-mail notifying the Board and Will at WD Yards that there was a leak at the northeast corner of 805 Montclair Drive and that he had shut off the irrigation main valve and the pump.

 As of June, 2014, the Town of Palisade continues to work with Montclair Subdivision, so far at the town's expense, toward a solution for the tail-water issue. While the Town of Palisade and the Montclair Subdivision work to find a permanent solution that is amenable to both parties, the drain has been temporarily diverted to avoid the issues we've had in past years with tailwater surfacing along the old path of the drainage.
