Meeting Called to order by Ray Musser at 7:09 pm

Ray asked attendees to review minutes from April 2 meeting.
Randy Fay motion to approve, Linda Odette Second, Unanimous Approval by board members present.

Treasurer’s Report
Minutes previous meeting - Randy F. motioned for approval, Sandie Cooper seconded, approved.

Budget 2023 is same as last year.

Income of $18,411 for 1st quarter. Checking $19,000, Reserve $36,997. Only expenses 1st Q tree trimming.

Nancy motion to approve minutes from last meeting, Linda second, all in favor.

Treasurer Report:
Balance Sheet and Income St submitted by Randy Fay – discussion about annual budget and Cash Reserve. Oopsie Poopsie out of business, payments have been stopped. Linda motion to accept Financials, second by Gene, all in favor.

BOARD MEETING 03-08-22
Meeting called to order at 6:12 PM Tuesday March 8, 2022. Board members in attendance: Ray Musser, Nancy Lewis, Randy Fay, Sandy Cooper, Nancy Elzas, and HOA member Kristy Musser.

Randy Fay motioned acceptance of 12/21 minutes and Nancy Lewis seconded. All present
in favor.

The meeting was called to order by Ray Musser at 7:10pm.

Present were board members Nancy Lewis, Dan Collins (via zoom), Sandie Cooper, Ray Musser, and Randy Fay and HOA members Tim Laudick, Nancy Elzas (via zoom), Kristy Musser, Linda Odette

Minutes: The minutes of the October 12, 2021 board meeting were read and approved and discussed..

Financial Reports: Randy Fay (Treasurer) presented the balance sheet and income statement (attached).
