Attached are the financial statements for the Montclair HOA 2020 Annual Meeting, April 4, 2020

• Tim Laudick called the regular HOA board meeting to order about 7:10pm, June 20, 2019
• The March 21, 2019 quarterly meeting minutes were unanimously approved.

Reorganization (Officer Elections)

This was the meeting after the Annual Meeting, which is typically the meeting where officer elections are held. Per our founding documents, the HOA members select board members at the Annual Meeting (which was April 4, 2019, see meeting minutes).

Present: Randy Fay, Ray Musser, Kristy Musser, Tim Laudick, Bill Carlson, Sandie Cooper, Dan Bollig, Nancy Lewis (by conference call)

Meeting was called to order at 7:08pm

• minutes from 12/6/2018 meeting were accepted unanimously.

Financial Report: Sandie Cooper

• $3100 was moved to savings
• Balance sheet and Income statement are attached
• All dues are up to date

Sandie moved to accept the report, Ray seconded, accepted unanimously

The annual meeting minutes from 2017 annual meeting were unanimously approved.

President Tim Laudick called the meeting to order at 7:06. This was a meeting in addition to our normal quarterly board meeting, called because the board was unable to complete all the issues at the December 5, 2017 quarterly meeting
