All HOA members and neighborhood residents are welcome at this meeting. It's our annual get-together, and we address concerns and interests of the neighborhood as well as voting on the budget prepared by the HOA Board.

In addition, the 2018 10% raise of the HOA dues (from $80/month to $88/month/unit) will be discussed.
