2015 proposed budget
big budget line item is asphalt work on street behind west units, pot holes and low spots, $5350.
Ruth Young asked about curb and gutter that ajoins asphalt and the board will bring that upk when the work is discussed
with the contractor, Rainbow valley asphalt

Nancy has concern about the trees, spraying, trimming, spoke with Mike James with Mr. Tree came and assessed
specialization
to maintain healthy trees with a quote of $700 for trimming, pruning and spraying, insect control. Nancy suggests we budget
$1000 to have plant specialist come in to assess all of our plants, trees, grass fungus

members approve moving $500 from office and postage to landscape replacement and repair

Neighbor to the north is considering cutting down tree between properties and putting up a fence as a barrier

street light at the end of street is not working correctly and Denny agreed to call Xcel to fix

sandie discussed trim color for duke and peggy. she has 3 gallons available and Peggy and duke need 2 gallons
peggy and duke will pay back HOA for stain already purchased. Sandie is hiring Sean Springsteel to do painting

nancy will be putting a lock on the fence/gate to the pond to prevent children from entering.
