Board Meeting (Virtual) for March, 2012

 The meeting on March 22 did not get a quorum. The following email was sent out to the board to replace it:

OK, So this email will have to do for our meeting for this past quarter.

 

Our next board meeting will be Thursday, June 14, 2012, 7pm, at John and Vickie's house if nobody objects to that date.

 
Landscaping status from John:
  • Aerating done
  • Water to come on soon (dependent on the irrigation systems coming up
  • Pump and motor are all put back together
  • Mowing has started
  • Fertilizing to be done
  • Trimming was done in the fall. Some bushes are to be pulled/removed down by Ruth's. Might do some more after water has come and frost threat is passed.
  • Pond cleaning was done in the winter with wheelbarrow. Aerator has cut down the buildup quite a lot. This is great news!
I wasn't able to get a status from Ray about the concrete. Ray, could you reply-all to this saying what the status of the concrete repairs is?
 
On dog poop, I'd like to do this, and will procede with it if there is no violent objection to this email. I will contact the "I hate dog poop" people asking them to come by here weekly, pick up problem lawns, and notify us about which ones they are.  Property owners associated with the problem dogs will be charged $40/month additional on their HOA dues for a minimum of 1 month.  I'll write a note to owners and renters by which we can explain this policy. We can mail it to owners and distribute it to all properties.
