Present: Tanya Hawkins, Nancy Lewis, Tim Laudick, Ray Musser, Randy Fay, Sandie Cooper

President Sandie Cooper called the meeting to order at 7:06pm.

• The minutes of the December 15, 2015 meeting were unanimously approved.
• Tanya Hawkins presented the Treasurer's report (documents attached). This time of year we typically have few expenses and normal income, so there is more in the bank than usual. Some people were invoiced by email. All have been billed in advance for the entire year. .
• Nancy Lewis outlined the situation on our landscaping: WD Yards was selected as the landscaping vendor, see attached contract. We haven't received a signed contract, but expect it shortly. Nancy also contacted the various losing bidders to let them know they didn't win.

Unfinished Business

• The Annual meeting was set for April 10, 2016, 4pm, Ray and Christy's place.
• Randy did the emergency contact form and welcome/info/rules list. These can be updated as needed as time goes on.
• Parking in front of the mailbox seems not to be a current issue.

New Business

• We would like to recruit new board members who would stand for election at the annual meeting.
• The next board meeting is June 7, 2016 at 7pm, at Randy and Nancy's house.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm

Action Items:

• Nancy Lewis will contact Ed Stehlin and let him know the current situation with WD Yards.
• Randy will ask Tanya to send announcements and proxies to all owners
• Randy will send proxy and meeting announcement via email.
• Tim and Ray will go door-to-door to hand out invitations to the meeting.
• Randy will get info on how to send to the email list to Sandie. Sandie and Randy will be the ones that have access to the mailing list.
